Delivery Information
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship only within the Republic Of Ireland.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of 4.95euro, however some items may incur a higher rate. In this event you will be contacted before shipping to confirm additional costs.
When are the products shipped?
We ship straight away if the product is in stock. For some products you need to allow 10-14 days for delivery but this is noted in the product description. If there is any problem with shipping to you we will let you know. Also feel free to contact us if you need to discuss shipping.
Refunds & Returns
How do you handle refunds and returns?
All returns or complaints will be dealt with in accordance with The Consumer Information Act 1978 and the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980. Should any product purchased from us be found to be faulty, or differing from the description given on our website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer.
Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of 7 days after purchasing any products from us (this begins on the day you receive your product(s)). Within this time, you can cancel your order without giving any reason and without incurring any charges or penalties.
You only pay the shipping fee for returning the products (we do not pay this). Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition (unless you informed us that the products were faulty or damaged in transit).
NOTE: All dog toys are for gentle play only and should not be given to destructive dogs. We have never yet come across an indestructible dog toy , please supervise your dog when playing.
Dog Beds, unless noted otherwise, can be washed at 30 degree wash, they WILL go flat if you have a large dog on them . Please follow manufacturers’ guidelines.
