At Positive Dog Training we believe that training should be a fun and enjoyable experience for you and your dog. We offer private lessons at our centre along with our very popular group class options. Our class schedule has something for all dogs, no matter what age or breed.

Frequently asked questions
Yes absolutely, dogs are NEVER too old to learn new tricks and we welcome dogs of all age groups to come and learn at Positive Dog Training.
Yes, it is so important that your dog is fully vaccinated before attending classes at Positive Dog Training for their own health and safety. We will require proof of vaccination on your first visit.
Depending on which course you attend there could be between 6-8 other dogs in the class with a minimum of one head trainer and a training assistant.
You do not need to bring anything along with you to your training class other than a collar/harness and lead. We do not allow choke chains, slip leads or prong collars or similar in class. Please do not feed your dog for a minimum of 2 hours before coming to class.Â
At the moment due to Covis restrictions, one per person per dog can attend class. 2 people for the one household can attend a private lesson at the centre. Masks must be worn throughout the sessions.
You can book your course online here  – Classes currently available for booking or by emailing info@positivedogtraining.ie. All classes must be booked by paying in full or leaving a deposit of €50 to ensure your place.Â
