No shows and Late cancellations:
It is with regret that as of Monday 11th October, we will be enforcing our no show/late cancellation fees for both daycare and grooming.
Over the last number of weeks, we have again seen a rise in people not turning up for their pre booked daycare days, or grooming appointments and as a small business we just cannot sustain the losses anymore.
For daycare we ask that you call, or email before 7am on the day of your booking if you cannot make it in. Usually, we have a waiting list of dogs that would love to join so once we have a few hours’ notice we can offer you space to someone else.
Any later than this, you will be charged the full daycare fee of €40 before we can continue with your future bookings.
For grooming, we ask that you please give us 24 notice if you need to cancel your appointments.
